Our Team

Nicki grew up working alongside her father, both in heavy equipment or real estate ventures. She is honored to follow in her father’s entrepreneurial footsteps.  Nicki is well versed in the ins and out of development from the group up and oversees all aspects of the company.  When Nicki is not building the next new shopping center, you can find her spending time with her family.

Angela is the “go to” person for just about anything relating to Falconite Development. She has worked for Falconite for over a decade and is very passionate about every aspect of her job and the company she represents. Angela holds an associate’s degree along with her real estate license. She is a Paducah native who loves her hometown and genuinely loves watching it further grow and develop. During her spare time, you can find her spending time with her family.

Cory joined the Falconite team a few years ago and hit the ground running overseeing multiple commercial projects.  He has been instrumental in the development of our most recent industrial park, located off of Cairo Road.  Whether he is overseeing a 15,000 square foot building from start to finish or working with a new tenant to revamp an existing space to fit their needs, Cory enjoys it all!  When he is not working you can find Cory spending time with his family.

Chris is the maintenance supervisor serving our Paducah area properties.  You can rest assured Chris will correct any maintenance issues, he goes above and beyond to be sure our tenants are always happy!  He is a true asset to our team.  When he is not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his daughter and riding motorcycles.
